Lutheran Women's Missionary League (LWML)

The Lutheran Women’s Missionary League (LWML) is the official women’s auxiliary of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. For almost 75 years, the LWML has focused on affirming each woman’s relationship with Christ, encouraging and equipping women to live out their Christian lives in active mission ministries and to support global missions.

We meet the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the Katie Luther room. Each lady takes a turn hosting.  We typically open with a devotion and then jump into a business meeting where we discuss future projects and fundraisers.  We have supported many local and overseas missions, including Orphan Grain Train, the Whittier Interfaith Food Center. We currently support the Federwitz family, Lutheran Bible Translators serving in Ghana. All women are welcome to attend!
